Hair Loss and Scalp Issues

For many hair loss can cause considerable distress, especially unexpected or unexplained hair loss, there are both mental and physical implications to such an event and getting to the cause and treating the issue as quickly as possible can help reduce any anxiety associated with these sudden changes. It is important that you seek professional advice from either your GP or a registered Trichologist, there are many unscrupulous individuals and organisations that will play on any insecurity’s you may have regarding your particular issues. Incorrect diagnosis and the wrong treatment can lead to further expensive complications that could have been easily avoided by seeking professional help in the first instance.

There are many long and short term scalp conditions which are both irritating and cosmetically distressing, with correct diagnosis these issues can be alleviated or controlled with the correct course of treatment. Please check for the relevant qualifications at any consultation to confirm evidence of training.
